Rafael Andreo takes on role of Country Business Leader for Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise in Spain
Madrid, January 25th, 2022. Rafael Andreo has been appointed as the new Spain Country Business Leader for Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, a leading provider of communications, networking and cloud solutions tailored to customers’ industries.
Rafael has extensive experience in positioning solutions and services, as well as managing local teams at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise and other ICT companies. His background is in technical and commercial areas, with in-depth knowledge of the public sector (both in central and regional governments). He brings his solid experience working with Carriers and proven skills managing Large Accounts, developing account plans and building growth strategies to the role.
Rafael is the perfect leader to help our customers grow their business and optimise their relations with stakeholders in these times of accelerated digital transformation. He will completely manage the Spanish business, including leadership of sales and channels. Spain is a top focus country for ALE and I strongly believe Rafael will bring real value to our customers and Business Partners.

Rafael was recently honoured by the Spanish Police with the Cruz al Mérito Policial con Distintivo Blanco award for his exemplary work related to the Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise projects with the Spanish Police.
